David InterContinental Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced Financial Controller with strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial processes in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and business performance analyses
• Manage the budgeting process, including planning, forecasting, and budget-versus-actual analysis
• Lead financial projects and provide strategic financial support to the hotel's operations
• Work closely with hotel management, IHG regional finance, and ownership
• Handle contracts, audits, and analytical reviews, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and international financial reporting standards
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the hotel and the IHG network
• Perform VAT reconciliations and support the preparation of the annual budget
• Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and other external stakeholders
• Provide financial guidance and support to all hotel departments
• Support procurement, inventory, and payroll processes, maintaining strong internal controls throughout

What You Bring:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in the hospitality industry – a significant advantage
• Completed CPA internship (Hitmachut) at a mid-to-large accounting firm
• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience
• Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Full proficiency in Priority ERP
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and lead complex cross-functional processes
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Employment Terms: Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility and willingness to work additional hours during peak periods.
