The Role: Marketing Project Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can orchestrate complex campaigns, align cross-functional teams, and ensure great ideas become measurable business results.If you're highly organized, analytical, and love bringing order to fast-moving environments, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution and launch.

• Coordinate work across Design, PPC, Brand, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.

• Build project roadmaps, manage timelines, and proactively remove blockers.

• Track campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Manage campaign budgets and optimize resource allocation based on performance.

• Monitor key business metrics including campaign delivery, customer acquisition, retention, and order growth.

• Drive continuous improvement through testing, experimentation, and optimization.

• Balance multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality execution across all initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing multiple marketing initiatives in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance, funnels, and business metrics.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and marketing analytics tools.

• Outstanding project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong ownership mentality with exceptional attention to detail.

• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools, processes, and priorities.

• Bias for execution with the ability to make smart decisions under pressure.
