We're Hiring: Office Manager & Employee Wellbeing Lead | Tel Aviv

A fast-growing global tech company is looking for an Office Manager & Employee Wellbeing Manager to join its Tel Aviv HQ.

This is a hands-on role combining office operations with culture-building — perfect for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly while creating a workplace people actually enjoy coming to.

What you'll own:

Office & Facilities — managing vendors, supplies, parking, cleaning, lease coordination, and office equipment

Travel — booking and coordinating international travel, including travel insurance

Finance Support — credit card reconciliations, invoice and receipt management, vendor setup in ERP, attendance reports, and payroll coordination with the payroll accountant

Procurement — supplier management, purchasing, and ongoing vendor relations

Employee Wellbeing — designing and executing a full annual wellbeing program with meaningful activities that connect people

Onboarding & Offboarding — welcome kits, setup, and smooth transitions

Global Coordination — bridging between the Israel office and international teams (US, Europe, Asia)

Team Oversight — managing the office cleaning team

3+ years experience in office management, employee experience, operations, or a similar role

Strong English — a must (daily global communication)

Organized, proactive, resourceful — someone who takes ownership

Creative thinker when it comes to employee engagement and culture
