Head of Delivery

A leading technology company is looking for a Head of Delivery to take a key leadership role, working closely with the company’s executive team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Delivery leader with a strong background in managing complex projects, leading professional teams, managing strategic client relationships, and driving successful end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the company’s Delivery function and ensure successful project execution from initiation through go-live and ongoing delivery
• Manage and mentor Project Managers and Delivery teams
• Oversee multiple complex projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, including managing escalations and business discussions
• Drive delivery methodologies, processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, UX/UI, Architecture, DevOps, Sales, and Finance teams
• Partner with leadership on prioritization, resource planning, risks, and operational decisions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management or managing complex technology projects-
• Proven experience leading Project Managers and professional teams-
• Extensive experience managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to engage with development and technical teams
• Experience with Web, Mobile, and complex digital platforms – must
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing different delivery models
• Strong leadership, business mindset, decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities
