Role Description The Factory Manager role at oftov is a full-time, on-site position based in Gan Ner. The Factory Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to meet output, quality, and safety targets. This role leads and develops production teams, monitors equipment performance, and ensures adherence to regulatory and company standards. The Factory Manager analyzes production data, identifies process improvements, manages budgets, and collaborates with logistics, procurement, and quality teams to maintain efficient and cost-effective operations. The position also involves setting performance goals, resolving operational issues, and implementing best practices to support consistent, high-quality manufacturing.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize workflows and meet production targets.
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet safety, regulatory, and customer standards.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to optimize processes and resources.
• Proven leadership experience managing factory or plant teams, including supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to analyze data, use manufacturing KPIs, and apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under time constraints.
• Relevant academic or professional background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
