Role Description The Senior Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for leading infrastructure projects and ongoing operational activities across the organization's IT environment. The role combines hands-on technical work, architecture planning, operational support, and collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors both locally and globally.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID).

VMware certification (VCP) – advantage.

Networking, Security, ITIL, and Cloud certifications – advantage.

At least 5 years of experience working in Microsoft environments.

Proven experience deploying and maintaining physical servers, virtualized environments, and cloud services.

Strong ability to lead technical initiatives, analyze complex issues, and provide effective solutions.

Experience writing and maintaining operational procedures and technical documentation.Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and managing infrastructure projects.

Experience with hybrid cloud architecture.

Networking: Switches, Routers, Routing Protocols, VPN, TCP/IP.

Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon).

Storage technologies: NetApp.

Databases: Microsoft SQL Server.

Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity solutions.

Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud).

Azure networking and security services.

High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

Linux administration – Advantage

Experience with automation and scripting for infrastructure management – Advantage

Hebrew – Native or fluent.

English – High proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
