Electro-Optics Production Technology Lead

We are hiring a Physicist / Engineer for Technological Leadership of an Optical Sensors Production Line – TAMAM Division (Missile & Space Systems)

Role Overview

• Technological leadership of an optical sensors production line
• Leading experiments and process improvement activities in the production line
• Addressing advanced technological challenges
• Providing technological solutions to complex manufacturing issues
• Development of new production infrastructures
• Close collaboration with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams for implementation of new technologies

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics / Materials / Electro-Optics – Required
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on ability – Required
• 5+ years of industry experience in an advanced manufacturing environment – Required
• Ability to lead projects and experiments independently – Required
• Experience in defining equipment and innovative processes – Required
• Experience in development of optical manufacturing processes – Advantage
