Key Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Account Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between our international customers and the various departments within the organization. The position involves managing customer orders, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting customers throughout the supply process, and delivering professional, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication with company customers and respond to their needs.
• Process customer orders and monitor them from receipt through export readiness.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance departments.
• Maintain and update product information, customer records, and price lists.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate account information.
• Monitor invoices, collections, and payments in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Track timelines, resolve issues proactively, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree – required.
• Fluent in Hebrew, English and spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience working with the Priority ERP system.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Previous experience in customer account management, customer service, or export operations – an advantage.
• Experience working in an international company – an advantage.
