Mechanical Designer

We are looking for a professional and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at the company site in Rehovot and take part in challenging and complex projects

Job Description

Mechanical design for opto-mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, electronic boards, fixtures, and alignment/measurement setups in multidisciplinary projects

Independent work and/or teamwork while meeting project requirements, including timelines and quality standards

Responsibility from the concept phase through documentation, integration, and assembly support on the production line

Collaboration with various disciplines (electronics, optics, systems engineering, etc.)

Job Requirements

BSc in Mechanical Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design

Proficiency in Office tools – advantage

Familiarity with PDM software – advantage

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, aluminum printing, etc.)

Extensive knowledge of geometric tolerances and technical drawings

Experience in military and/or aerospace system design – advantage

Experience with various CAD tools (SolidWorks, etc.)

Experience in laser and fiber design – advantage
