Integration Specialist

About the Role

You'll plan and execute system integration across complex projects, operate systems end-to-end, troubleshoot and resolve issues, write integration test specifications, plan work programs, and prepare performance-proof experiments.

Requirements

• Engineer/Practical Engineer degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software/Computer Science
• Graduate of a technological military unit with proven technical background
• 3+ years of professional experience in system integration and/or testing of complex systems

Additional Requirements

• Proven ability working with interfaces, protocols, and complex test environments
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and Sniffer tools, and/or communication protocols (RS422, 1553, SNMP, Web Socket, REST API)
• Ability to define integration concepts, plan and control integration processes, and set up test aids
• Strong analytical skills for system-level performance evaluation
• Experience with network monitoring tools for messages, loads, and performance
• Solid understanding of the complex systems development lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working across multiple interfaces internally and externally
• Self-motivated, proactive, with strong independent learning ability
• Good English (reading/writing)

Nice to Have

• 2+ years in RF, Communications, Radar, EW, or SIGINT
• Experience operating RF equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Analog Signal Generator, Oscilloscope)
• 2+ years developing/working with UAVs, in addition to integration experience
• Familiarity with network equipment, switches and routers
• Experience with production transfer processes
• Scripting/programming for integration purposes (Bash, C#, Perl, Python, MATLAB)
• Experience with AI tools
• Experience working in Linux environments
