What You Will Do

• Own the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, go-to-market, and leadership teams to shape product direction.
• Translate customer feedback and market trends into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Lead discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data analysis.
• Prioritize the features that improve banker productivity and customer outcomes.
• Support go-to-market teams with product messaging and enablement materials.

What We Are Looking For

• Five or more years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or AI platforms.
• A track record of building and scaling complex B2B products.
• Strong command of agile methodologies and the full product development cycle.
• Excellent communication skills, combined with sharp analytical and storytelling ability.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in solving real-world problems with AI.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data pipelines, or large language models.
• A background in software engineering, data science, or technical product management.
• An MBA or a technical degree.
