About the Role:

We're looking for a Clinical Field Product Specialist to join our growing clinical team.

In this role, you'll implement the EyeControl communication system for people who rely on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). You'll guide patients and their caregivers throughout the entire journey, from implementation and training to ongoing support, becoming a trusted partner for both patients and caregivers.

Alongside the home-care activities, you'll also support selected hospital implementations of EyeControl, working with clinical teams in ICUs and other hospital departments.

Responsibilities:

• Visit patients and families at home and in care facilities to implement EyeControl and train users.
• Guide patients and caregivers throughout their journey to ensure successful adoption and long-term use.
• Apply your clinical expertise to customize the solution according to each patient's needs.
• Troubleshoot clinical and technical challenges in the field.
• Document activities using CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Clinical teams to improve the user experience.
• Support product demonstrations and represent EyeControl at conferences and events.
• Participate in hospital implementations, training clinical staff, and supporting the successful adoption of our solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical-related field (Nursing, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or another allied health profession).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of independence, initiative, and responsibility.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Israel.
