Educational Psychologist

We are seeking a bilingual psychologist to join a growing private practice specialising in comprehensive evaluations for children and adolescents. Working under the direction of a Case Coordinator or Clinical Lead, the psychologist will contribute to a collaborative assessment process serving families and international schools in Israel and across Europe.

·   Participate in parent intake meetings and collaborative case-planning discussions.

·   Conduct structured testing sessions with children and adolescents.

·   Administer cognitive, academic, language, attention, memory, executive-functioning and social-emotional measures, according to training and experience.

·   Score, record and organise assessment results accurately.

·   Contribute behavioural observations and preliminary clinical interpretations.

·   Participate in team meetings, case consultation and clinical supervision.

·   Assist with the integration of findings and contribute to report frameworks and selected report sections.

·   Participate in parent and student feedback meetings when appropriate.

·   Maintain high ethical, clinical and documentation standards throughout each evaluation.

·   A licensed psychologist currently completing an internship in educational, clinical or neuropsychological psychology.

·   Fully bilingual in Hebrew and English, with professional fluency in both languages.

·   Additional languages are a strong advantage.

·   Experience working with children and adolescents.

·   A clear interest in psychological, psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment.

·   Strong interpersonal, organisational and professional writing skills.

·   Able to work collaboratively, follow established clinical protocols and make effective use of supervision.

·   Availability for some afternoon testing sessions.

·   Supervised experience with complex, multilingual assessments.

·   Exposure to a broad range of internationally recognised assessment instruments.

·   Structured case consultation and collaborative clinical thinking.

·   Work with diverse families and international-school communities.

·   Administrative and scheduling support throughout the assessment process.
