Role Description This full-time Project Manager role is an on-site position based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of travel projects and itineraries, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing logistics with local partners, monitoring service delivery, conducting on-site checks, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, communicating clearly with clients and suppliers, tracking project progress, and continuously improving processes to enhance traveler experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of services and resources.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify service quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle transportation, accommodation, and activity coordination.
• Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, respond quickly to changes, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
