A Day in the Life

As an Inventory Clerk, you will support the manufacturing of infrared (IR) sources used in medical technologies. This role combines hands-on production activities with technical support responsibilities across manufacturing, maintenance, testing, and operational processes. Working in a highly specialized production environment, you will perform precision glass manufacturing operations while supporting mechanical and vacuum systems that are critical to product quality and performance. The position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to maintaining consistent manufacturing standards. This is an on-site role based in Jerusalem, Israel.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct .
• Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Technical school diploma.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform precision manual work and delicate assembly or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to follow established systems, techniques, procedures, technical documentation, and work instructions.
• Basic technical English proficiency.
