Role Description The Team Lead will oversee daily gardening and landscaping activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut and involves organizing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and supervising a small team in the field. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment and materials, monitoring progress, and reporting issues or needs to management. The Team Lead will communicate with clients on-site as needed, clarify project requirements, and help resolve concerns. The role also involves training new team members, promoting safe work practices, and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance, including familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
• Ability to lead small teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide clear, constructive guidance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to plan daily work and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner.
• Commitment to safety, including following instructions, using equipment properly, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor manual work such as lifting, bending, and operating tools in various weather conditions.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for team outcomes.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role and a valid driver’s license are beneficial
