In this role you'll

• Own brand strategy end-to-end, covering positioning, narrative, voice, and creative standards, and serve as the internal authority on what's on-brand across every consumer touchpoint globally.
• Lead flagship brand campaigns from creative concepting through launch, including director selection, external studio management, and founder feedback loops.
• Concept and deliver non-traditional brand activations and experiential marketing tied to product moments.
• Drive brand strategy for market entry and growth in Europe, specifically the UK, France, and the Netherlands, including campaign localization, influencer briefs, and cultural adaptation.
• Own the brand health tracking program, define KPIs like awareness, consideration, and distinctiveness, and translate measurement into actionable strategy and budget recommendations.
• Build and lead the brand and creative team, setting the creative bar, running senior hiring, and mentoring the next generation of creative talent at Lemonade.
• Oversee campaign production and operations, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.
  
  

• Extensive leadership experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or creative direction at a top-tier consumer brand or agency.
• A proven track record bringing major, flagship brand campaigns to life, from concept to screen, including work with external directors and production teams.
• Experience scaling brand footprints internationally, with a sharp understanding of cultural nuance and market localization.
• A highly analytical mindset with experience managing brand health programs and connecting creative metrics to business outcomes.
• An uncompromising eye for design, copy, and storytelling. You can articulate exactly why something is or isn't working.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and inspiring senior creative talent.
• Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week.
