Logistics & Drop Shipping Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator who will be the bridge between our global suppliers and our internal teams, ensuring that the pieces our community loves move seamlessly from production to their doorstep.

This role involves hands-on handling of end-to-end import and export processes, including shipments from China and deliveries to the US and UK, along with strong expertise in customs regulations and compliance across these markets. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with a strong operational, detail-orientated mindset who is capable of independently running complex, end-to-end logistics workflows. Responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution and coordination of B2B Drop Shipping operations by air and sea, from packaging stage through delivery to distribution warehouses.
• Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring full compliance with US (CBP) and UK (HMRC) customs requirements.
• Ongoing coordination and day-to-day communication with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
• Real-time problem solving, including handling customs delays, lost shipments, and damages.
• Cost control & verification: reviewing and validating shipping invoices, duties, taxes, and logistics charges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shipping Coordinator, Logistics Specialist, or a similar hands-on role within a global company.
• Hands-on experience with Drop Shipping operations – significant advantage.
• High level of English (written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and perform under pressure.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
