Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a CRM Project Manager & Systems Analyst for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area.

Role Description

Lead the analysis, implementation, and optimization of a CRM system while ensuring the best alignment between business needs and technology solutions

Work closely with business units to analyze existing processes, identify gaps and requirements, refine business needs, and define high-value use cases

Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, translate business requirements into clear system requirements, understand end-to-end system processes, prioritize requirements, and define the product roadmap

Take full ownership of the project from initial requirements through successful implementation while collaborating with development teams and all relevant stakeholders

Monitor development progress, oversee implementation, ensure solution quality, and verify alignment with business objectives

Support end users throughout the implementation process, continuously evaluate and improve business processes, and ensure successful adoption of the solution

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a CRM Systems Analyst

8+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide software projects with a strong focus on CRM projects

Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field

Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes

Proven experience writing high-level functional specifications

Experience working closely with development teams

Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives

Experience in the healthcare industry
