Integration & Systems Operations Specialist | Shfela

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Integration & Systems Operations Specialist for a leading company in the Shfela region.

Role Description

Manage the integration and operation of connections between core systems, archives, external portals, data platforms, and AI tools

Monitor system integrations, maintain operational stability, and troubleshoot integration issues

Work closely with multiple technology and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and reliable operations

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Proven experience integrating complex systems within a large organization

Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, queues, and system interfaces

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Understanding of operations and data environments
