After-School Group Educator (English, Math & Hebrew)

About the Role

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Group Educators to lead structured, small-group learning sessions (up to 15 students per group) for elementary school students (grades 2–6) in Holon.

By joining our team, you will be part of an innovative educational company that transforms core-subject teaching through modern methodologies, interactive tools, and a fresh, young atmosphere. This is an engaging after-school educational role, not a standard classroom teaching position, focused on bridging learning gaps, reinforcing core subjects (English, Math, and Hebrew), and inspiring confidence in young learners.

Volume: Flexible, up to 60 hours per month

• Group Instruction: Lead sessions for groups of up to 15 students, delivering core content in English, Math, and/or Hebrew.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, focused, and respectful learning environment during afternoon hours (13:30-16:30)
• Creative Lesson Planning: Creatively develop and craft lesson plans using our modern methodologies and interactive materials to make learning engaging and fun.
• Logistics & Reporting: Track daily student attendance.

• Teaching Certificate / Academic Degree or Current Student in Education, or proven experience in teaching, youth instruction, or group mentoring.
• Charismatic, creative, proactive with a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong classroom management abilities and high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent logistical discipline (punctuality, clear communication, and session time management).
• Native/Fluent Hebrew speaker with proficiency in elementary-level English \ Math \ Hebrew.
• Personal vehicle / mobility required

• Certified Educators / Teaching Degree Holders: 90 ILS / hour
• Students / Experienced Educators: 70 ILS / hour
