CISO as a Service for a Global Insurance Brokerage (Central Israel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Governance: Lead and manage the enterprise Risk Management Forum, aligning security policies with business goals.
• Compliance & Regulation: Drive Legal Compliance processes, privacy protection, adherence to strict sectoral regulations, and lead ISO standard certifications.
• Human Capital & Awareness: Build and lead employee training programs and executive tabletop exercises, including the end-to-end setup and management of sophisticated phishing campaigns and randomized testing.
• Architecture & Project Support: Guide technology teams on cybersecurity aspects from the design stage through project implementation (Security by Design).
• Systems & Infrastructure: Work closely with IT teams to ensure ongoing maintenance, manage endpoint protection tools (EDR), and implement client-side protection tools.
• Data Repository Security: Protect and manage information security across core organizational environments, with a focus on Salesforce, Priority, and Office 365.

• CISO Certification – Mandatory
• 2+ years of experience as a CISO or Senior Information Security Consultant – Mandatory
• Experience in strictly regulated organizations or financial institutional bodies – Mandatory
• Extensive experience leading regulatory processes, privacy laws, and ISO standards – Mandatory
• Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Priority, and Microsoft 365 environments – Significant Advantage
• Prior experience managing EDR platforms and deploying phishing simulation systems.

• Experience and background in AI domains (deploying AI tools, securing AI infrastructure, or leveraging AI for enterprise cyber defense).
• Proven experience working as a "One Man Show" or a sole security function – Significant Advantage



• Strong business and commercial orientation – ability to translate cyber risks into business language.
• Independent leadership, proactive approach ("can-do" mindset), and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with both management and employees.
• Willingness to work on-site at company facilities in Central Israel.
