QA Specialist – Cleanroom Operations

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our Cleanroom Operations Unit. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on cleanroom activities with quality assurance responsibilities while supporting cutting-edge clinical and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Quality Assurance activities for the Cleanroom Operations Unit.

🔹 Perform environmental monitoring, sampling, and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities.

🔹 Manage GMP documentation, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and quality records.

🔹 Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for microbiology and contamination control.

🔹 Coordinate microbiological sampling, incubation, reporting, and laboratory activities.

🔹 Train and qualify environmental monitoring personnel.

🔹 Maintain microbiological equipment and computerized quality systems.

🔹 Ensure compliance with GMP regulations while driving continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.

✔️ At least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated GMP environment.

✔️ Hands-on experience in cleanroom operations and environmental monitoring.

✔️ Experience working with particle counters and air samplers.

✔️ Professional certification/recognition.

✔️ Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
