About the role:

• Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal support for a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Providing ongoing legal counsel in the areas of acquiring and business credit.
• Preparing legal opinions and providing ongoing legal advice across the company’s various business activities.
• Providing legal support and guidance in the implementation of regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Israel.
• 3+ years of post-internship professional experience.
• Proven experience independently handling a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement and IT procurement agreements (e.g., software licensing, implementation, maintenance, outsourcing agreements, etc.).
• Experience in the banking and financial services sector, including acquiring, discounting, and business credit- an advantage.
• Experience in privacy and data protection- an advantage.
• Experience as an attorney in the commercial department of a leading law firm, or as in-house counsel in a commercial company or financial institution- a significant advantage.
• Ability to review, draft, and negotiate agreements in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Fast learner with strong business acumen and a broad, systemic perspective.
