Satellite Communication Systems Engineer

About the Role

The Intelligence, Communications & Electronic Warfare Division at ELTA Systems is looking for a Satellite Communication Systems Engineer.

The role includes:

• Leading the development and integration process of satellite communication systems across a variety of challenging projects.

• Leading the system definition process, architecture design, engineering requirements definition, and the preparation of design and test documentation.

• Providing engineering support throughout the system lifecycle while working closely with internal and external engineering teams, including Algorithms, Software, Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical Engineering, Integration teams, and external subcontractors.

System Engineering training is available as part of this role.

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Exact Sciences or Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Communications – Required

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Advantage

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Satellite Communication Systems Engineering – Required

• Experience in system definition, requirements specification, and writing technical specifications and design documents – Required

• Hands-on experience with laboratory test equipment – Advantage

• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and managing multiple tasks.
