Investment Operations Coordinator

For one of our clients, we are looking for an Investment Operations Coordinator to join a leading financial organization and support the day-to-day operations of a diverse investment portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in financial operations, back office, or investment support who are looking to build a long-term career in the investment industry. The role offers exposure to investment funds, private credit, investment control, and alternative investments while working closely with investment and finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operational management of investment transactions and portfolios.

Perform operational controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare operational and management reports for investment and finance teams.

Monitor investment activity, cash movements, valuations, and financial data.

Coordinate with Investment, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and external business partners.

Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Support ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Previous experience in financial operations, back office, investment operations, or financial control within a bank, insurance company, investment house, or other financial institution.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good Excel skills.

Good English skills are an advantage.
