A leading government organization in Jerusalem is looking for a Junior NOC Operator to join its Technology & Cyber Operations Center.

This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals looking to advance their career in Network Operations. You will monitor critical systems, provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and work closely with Networking, Cyber Security, System Administration, and Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems and control environments.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate incidents when needed.
• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Open, document, and track service tickets.
• Collaborate with Network, Cyber Security, System Administration, and Development teams.
• Support Windows Server and IIS environments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a NOC Operator.
• Previous experience in an IT support role.
• Experience troubleshooting basic networking issues and understanding networking concepts.
• Experience with Firewall, Proxy, and Load Balancer technologies.
• Experience providing technical support to end users.
• Experience working with Windows Server and IIS.
