Job Description

A leading government organization in Jerusalem is looking for an experienced Mid-Level NOC Operator to join its Technology & Cyber Operations Center.

In this role, you will monitor and operate mission-critical systems, troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues, and work closely with Cyber Security, Network, System, Development, and Project Management teams within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is a 24/7 shift-based position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate enterprise control and monitoring systems.
• Investigate incidents and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate infrastructure teams.
• Open, document, and track service tickets.
• Work with networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Support Windows Server and IIS environments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service availability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a NOC Operator.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VLAN, and log analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall, WAF, Load Balancer, Proxy, VPN, and related security/networking technologies.
• Experience handling monitoring incidents, technical support, and escalation processes.
• Experience supporting Windows Server, IIS, Certificates/SSL, and application troubleshooting.
