Embedded Software Engineer

Located in a modern campus in the Central region with direct train and public transit access, operating under a flexible hybrid model (2 days WFH).

Position Overview-

• Embedded Software & Firmware Engineer joining a core R&D group, reporting directly to the R&D Team Lead.
• Developing low-level Embedded C/C++ software, firmware components, and sensor integration frameworks for hardware-software platforms.
• Implementing and optimizing AI algorithms, compiler interfaces, and signal processing workflows on embedded Linux systems.
• Working closely with Hardware Architecture and AI Algorithm teams to bridge the gap between low-level silicon features and edge software execution.
• Participating in hands-on hardware bring-up, system debugging, and performance optimization on real-time hardware environments.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Embedded Software, Firmware Development, C++, C, Embedded Linux, Hardware-Software Integration, Sensor Fusion & Integration, Edge AI Acceleration, Compilers, Low-Level Algorithm Implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional hands-on experience in low-level software engineering using C and C++ – Mandatory
• Proven background working at the hardware-software interface (board bring-up, peripheral drivers, system internals) – Mandatory
• Deep, practical experience in Embedded Systems development (Embedded Linux, RTOS, or bare-metal environments) – Mandatory
• Scripting proficiency in Python for test automation, debugging, or build tooling – Strong Advantage
• Prior exposure to sensor integration, compiler tools, or AI algorithm optimization on low-power devices – Strong Advantage
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, low-level debugging skills, and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary engineering – Mandatory
