Senior Priority ERP Project Manager / Implementer

• Tosaf, a leading global manufacturer in the plastics industry, is looking for an experienced Priority ERP professional to join our Global Information Systems team and lead ERP projects across Israel and international sites.

About the Role

Tosaf is seeking an experienced Priority ERP Project Manager / Implementer to join our Global Information Systems team. This role is ideal for a hands-on ERP professional who can lead projects from business requirements through implementation, go-live, and user adoption across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead Priority ERP projects from requirements gathering and business analysis through implementation and go-live.

·       Design, implement, and optimize business processes within the Priority ERP system.

·       Translate business needs into practical ERP solutions, including system configuration, process improvements, and custom enhancements when required.

·       Work closely with key users, managers, and business stakeholders in Israel and international locations.

·       Prepare functional specifications, support testing activities, and deliver user training.

·       Support end users and provide solutions for complex operational and business process challenges.

·       Collaborate with external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.

Requirements

·       Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Priority ERP.

·       Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

·       Proven experience leading and managing ERP-related projects.

·       Strong ability to analyze business processes and lead organizational changes.

·       High level of English proficiency: speaking, reading, and writing.

·       Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-oriented skills.

·       Willingness to travel internationally from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience developing and customizing the Priority ERP platform.

·       Experience with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

·       Experience participating in global ERP projects and international rollouts.

·       Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and Web Services.

·       Experience delivering user training and supporting international implementations.
