Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced R&D Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-product initiatives for a global Cyber Security leader.

In this role, you will bridge technical execution with operational excellence while acting as an AI catalyst, prototyping automated workflows, LLM integrations, and smart tooling to optimize the R&D lifecycle.

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Project Execution: Lead end-to-end project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multi-functional R&D, Product, and Operations team
• s.AI & Automation: Design and prototype AI-driven workflows (e.g., custom agents, LLM integrations, prompt engineering) to reduce manual overhead and streamline reportin
• g.Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain end-to-end transparency, track KPIs/metrics, and communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive managemen
• t.Operational Excellence: Partner with the PMO to establish frameworks, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive continuous process optimizatio

• s:Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical disciplin
• e.Experience: 2–3+ years as an R&D Technical Project Manager within a global software development organization (Mandatory
