Digital Financial Product Manager

We are seeking a Digital Financial Product Manager for a leading organization located in Central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital products in the financial domain, from product strategy definition through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Build and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technological solutions.
• Drive Cloud, Data, and AI-based products while working with regulators, government offices, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead product specification, development, testing, implementation, and cross-organizational collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Technology Product Manager.
• Experience leading digital transformation, defining product strategy, building a product roadmap, managing a backlog, and translating business and regulatory requirements into technological solutions.
• Experience leading Cloud, Data, and AI-based digital products, including working in an Agile methodology.
• Experience working with senior management, regulators, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Development, UX, Data, and QA teams, and leading products throughout the full product lifecycle.
