SodaStream: GFSS Transformation & Project Lead

Overview

At SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, we are looking for a GFSS Transformation & Project Lead to drive strategic finance transformation initiatives and lead global transition programs across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

This role will serve as a key leader in the Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS) organization, responsible for managing end-to-end transition execution, driving governance and standardization, and ensuring successful delivery of GFSS initiatives across global markets. The position requires strong project leadership, finance process expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to lead complex transformation programs in a global matrix environment.

This is a two-year fixed-term position supporting a strategic business transition project. The role can be based in Israel or remotely from a European country.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global GFSS transition agenda across P2P and O2C processes, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of GCC initiatives.
• Act as the central coordination point across Markets, HQ, Sector, and Global Business Services (GBS) teams.
• Own the end-to-end transition lifecycle, including resource onboarding, capability building, process design, knowledge transfer, transition planning, change management, and Go-Live execution.
• Drive transition governance through milestone tracking, risk identification, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure adherence to GCC transition methodologies, project lifecycle standards, and governance frameworks.
• Lead global rollout activities across multiple markets, ensuring readiness across systems, processes, controls, and people.
• Drive Hypercare planning and stabilization activities following transition Go-Live.
• Support finance transformation initiatives including system implementations, process redesign, and operating model changes.
• Standardize processes, controls, and documentation across markets within the GCC operating model.
• Monitor SLA and KPI performance to ensure service delivery meets quality and efficiency objectives.
• Partner with Treasury and Internal Controls teams to support working capital, credit risk, and exposure management.
• Serve as Control Functional Owner for P2P and O2C governance, ensuring compliance with SOX and GCS control requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities across global teams.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, Transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading GCC or Shared Services transition and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes within a global organization.
• Solid knowledge of FMCG processes, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Proven project and program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business challenges and translate them into actionable plans and recommendations.
• Experience operating in matrix organizations and leading change across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-graduate degree in Financial Management or related discipline preferred.
• CA / CPA qualification preferred.
