Role Description

The Senior Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Petah Tikva.

This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Day-to-day tasks include managing payroll data, handling employee changes and updates, administering garnishments and other deductions, and overseeing payroll tax calculations and filings.

The Senior Payroll Specialist will coordinate with HR and finance teams, respond to employee payroll inquiries, reconcile payroll reports, and support audits and process improvements.

The role also contributes to refining payroll procedures, implementing best practices, and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

Certified Payroll Accountant – required.

At least 10 years of experience as a Payroll Accountant.

Proficiency in Michpal and Microsoft Excel.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, National Insurance regulations, and payroll taxation.

תיאור התפקיד

אנחנו מחפשים חשב/ת שכר בכיר/ה להצטרפות למטה הקבוצה בפתח תקווה, במשרה מלאה.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיו אחראים על ניהול תהליך השכר מקצה לקצה עבור מספר חברות בקבוצה, תוך הקפדה על דיוק, עמידה בלוחות זמנים ויישום מלא של הוראות החוק ומדיניות החברה.

תחומי האחריות כוללים:

הכנת שכר חודשי לעובדי הקבוצה.

קליטת עובדים חדשים ועדכון נתוני שכר באופן שוטף.

הפקת תלושי שכר וביצוע בקרות שוטפות.

טיפול בפנסיה, קרנות השתלמות, ביטוחים וניכויי שכר.

עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקת משאבי אנוש, הנהלת החשבונות והרשויות.

מתן מענה לעובדים ולמנהלים בכל הקשור לנושאי שכר.

ביצוע התאמות ובקרות, תמיכה בביקורות ושיפור תהליכי העבודה.

שמירה על רמת דיסקרטיות גבוהה ודיוק בניהול נתוני השכר.

דרישות התפקיד

תעודת חשב/ת שכר – חובה.

ניסיון של לפחות 10 שנים כחשב/ת שכר.

שליטה בתוכנת מיכפל וב-Excel.

היכרות מעמיקה עם דיני עבודה, ביטוח לאומי ומיסוי שכר.
