Embedded Software Engineer

A market-leading, publicly traded global company in the 3D printing industry.

The company develops comprehensive additive manufacturing solutions, including high-precision 3D printers, advanced embedded control software, 3D algorithms, and proprietary materials.

Their technology powers critical applications across aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, and specialized industrial sectors, backed by dozens of registered patents.

Operating internationally with a significant global footprint and an established primary engineering hub in Israel.

Located in the Shfela (right by the train station), operating on a full-time in-office model with strong support for work-life balance.

Role Description-

• Joining an established Embedded software team, leading key development tasks, system design, and software architecture.
• Hands-on development in C and C++, with high-level application integration in C# (~10–20%).
• Performing complex integration with 3D printers and multi-disciplinary systems.
• Collaborating closely with Hardware, Systems, QA, and core Software engineering teams, reporting directly to the Embedded Team Lead.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software Engineering – Mandatory
• Deep Real-Time Embedded experience on ARM-based processors – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) – Mandatory
• Solid working knowledge of OS internals and Linux environments – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with high-level languages such as C# or Java – Mandatory
• Proven experience working in complex, multidisciplinary environments (Software/Hardware/Systems) – Mandatory
• M.Sc. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science – Advantage
• Hands-on experience with Image Processing algorithms – Advantage
