Hardware Test & Validation Engineer

A leading public, global company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of industrial automation solutions, advanced control systems, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

The company's platforms are deployed in complex manufacturing plants and critical industrial infrastructure worldwide.

Located in central Israel, operating on an established corporate work model.

Role Description-

• Joining the Hardware Engineering group as a Board Design & Hardware QA Engineer.
• Performing validation, testing, and debugging for complex electronic boards and PCB assemblies.
• Troubleshooting hardware faults and contributing to the design and enhancement of electronic circuits.
• Conducting laboratory EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing and compliance procedures.
• Operating advanced lab measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies, Signal Generators).

Requirements-

• Proven hands-on experience working with electronic boards, including testing, debugging, and fault isolation – Mandatory
• Proven experience in board design, hardware development, and electronic circuit design – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency operating standard laboratory equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies, etc.) – Mandatory
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Practical Electronics Engineer – Advantage
• Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, or EMC testing standards – Advantage
