Sales Operations

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM data, sales pipelines, leads, and opportunity tracking.
• Support forecasting, sales reporting, KPI monitoring, and dashboard creation.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support customer projects and business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring.
• Support conferences, customer meetings, and business development activities.
• Improve sales processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or technical B2B industry experience preferred.
