Backend Team Lead

Operating on a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week (with expanded long-term flexibility).

Position Overview-

• Fullstack Engineering Team Lead (Hands-On) balancing direct management of a software development squad with active, high-impact architecture and coding (approx. split covering C# and Angular 8+).
• Taking end-to-end (E2E) technological ownership over the delivery lifecycle, steering the design, planning, and structural blueprinting of next-generation application foundations.
• Spearheading modernization initiatives, including the architectural layout and building of brand-new, cloud-native operational systems completely from scratch.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience in Fullstack Software Engineering within complex, product-centric companies - Mandatory
• 2-3 years of dedicated experience in a Team Lead capacity, directly guiding and mentoring software developers - Mandatory
• Deep technical mastery in backend development utilizing .NET Core / ASP.NET Core alongside frontend proficiency in Angular - Mandatory
• Strong production experience working with diverse data layers, specifically SQL Server and MongoDB - Mandatory
• Direct hands-on development experience within Microsoft Azure cloud topologies - Mandatory
• Solid understanding of asynchronous messaging pipelines and Event-Driven Architectures utilizing Apache Kafka or similar broker systems - Mandatory
• Proven, referenceable track record of designing application infrastructures and building scalable enterprise systems from scratch - Mandatory
