About the Role

A leading bank is looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist to join its Procurement team.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for technology products and services, leading commercial negotiations, coordinating procurement governance, and working closely with internal business units, finance teams, and external vendors.

You'll play a key role in connecting technology, digital, finance, and procurement functions while driving efficient purchasing processes in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for technology products and services.
• Review quotations, perform commercial analyses, and negotiate with vendors.
• Handle procurement requests through purchase order creation.
• Coordinate procurement committee activities and approval processes.
• Collaborate with technology, finance, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor procurement performance and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement.
• Proven experience negotiating with vendors.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing commercial proposals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
