Quality Manager - Programs and Research and Development

We are looking for

Elbit Systems C4I and Cyber in Netanya is looking for a Quality Manager to join our Quality division and support a wide range of programs, projects, and R&D activities.

This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful multidisciplinary work, influence quality processes across complex technological programs, and work closely with engineering, development, operations, and project teams in a dynamic defense environment.

In this role you will

Lead and support quality activities across projects, programs, and development teams from early planning through delivery

Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support teams in implementing practical improvements based on findings

Prepare for and support external audits, customer reviews, and quality assessments

Support quality-related inputs for proposals, tenders, and customer-facing documents

Track quality performance, identify trends, and promote actions that improve execution and results

Work with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and strengthen quality culture across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, Electrical Engineering- Advantage

Background in Quality Engineering or relevant quality certifications such as CQE or CQM- Advantage

Experience in development, integration, operations, engineering, or project environments- Advantage

Familiarity with hardware, software, systems, product development, or Agile work methods- Advantage

Knowledge of quality standards and structured quality processes, familiarity with AS9100- Advantage

Good English skills, both spoken and written

Ability to work in a matrix environment, strong ownership, communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement

Willingness to travel abroad when needed
