Data Scientist

The company develops a high-scale real-time sports updates, analytics, and scores platform that processes billions of events monthly and serves tens of millions of active users globally.

The company employs approximately 200 professionals worldwide, with around 130 in its primary Israeli R&D hub. They operate with an energetic, startup-minded corporate culture in a dog-friendly office environment.

Located in central Tel Aviv (right by the train station), operating on a full-time in-office model.

Role Description

• Joining a core Data Science squad as a senior technical lead, providing professional mentorship to team members.
• Designing, researching, and deploying end-to-end Machine Learning models into production environments.
• Developing predictive and optimization models focused on monetization, dynamic pricing, and bidding systems.
• Applying advanced techniques such as Mathematical Optimization, Causal Inference, Propensity Scoring, Time Series forecasting, and Bayesian inference to drive high-impact product features.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist – Mandatory
• Proven experience from Ad-Tech or Gaming industries – Mandatory
• Proven background in monetization, optimization, and predictive modeling – Mandatory
• Deep mathematical and algorithmic background in time series, propensity modeling, or causal inference – Advantage
