Strategic Projects & Infrastructure Team Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Strategic Projects & Infrastructure Team Manager for a leading and stable organization in Jerusalem!

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic technology and infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors in a matrix environment.
• Drive Agile project management practices and executive reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects, including at least 5 years of focused experience managing infrastructure projects (On-Premises & Cloud) across System, Networking, and Cybersecurity environments.
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Extensive experience coordinating multiple technology teams and stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including reporting and dashboard creation.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and the ability to work independently.
• Significant advantage: Experience working with government organizations and managing procurement and tender processes.
