COBOL Development Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a COBOL Development Team Lead!

In this role, you will lead an experienced development team and work on critical core systems within a large and leading organization in central Israel. The role combines technological leadership with hands-on development, professional mentoring, and leading development processes in complex enterprise environments.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in COBOL development – Must

• Familiarity and hands-on experience working with AS400 systems – Must

• Proven experience managing and leading a team of more than 5 employees – Must

• Strong professional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate both experienced and junior developers – Must

• Experience working in large companies and complex environments – Must
