What You'll Do

• Build and manage the overall project work plan and project schedule.
• Track project tasks, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment between planning and execution.
• Prepare executive reports, KPI dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
• Support risk management, governance processes, and project documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO in complex IT or technology projects.
• Proven PMO experience in at least two projects within organizations of more than 100 employees.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Project and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong experience preparing management reports, executive presentations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Significant advantage: Experience as a PMO in SAP projects (especially SAP S/4HANA) and/or at least 6 months of experience working with Microsoft TFS.
