CRM Project Manager & System Analyst

COMBLACK is hiring a CRM Project Manager & System Analyst!

In this role, you will lead complex Dynamics 365 projects within a leading financial organization in central Israel. You will take ownership of end-to-end projects, work on core enterprise systems, analyze and characterize business processes, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, users, and multiple business stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM projects, including characterization, system analysis, budget management, and Gantt planning – Must

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM – Must

• Experience leading end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering and development to Go Live and implementation – Must

• Experience working with development, QA, infrastructure, users, and multiple business stakeholders – Must

• Experience writing functional and technical specification documents, along with excellent interpersonal skills – Must
