Business Process & Systems Analyst – Mortgages | Financial Services

Mertens - Malam Team is looking for a Business Process & Systems Analyst with experience in the mortgage or banking credit domain to join a leading financial organization

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial systems and business processes

Gather and translate business requirements into functional system specifications

Write detailed functional specification documents covering both business processes and technical requirements

Support development testing and implementation throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare operational procedures and process documentation

Collaborate with business stakeholders development teams and QA teams

Manage cross-functional interfaces and drive collaboration to achieve project goals

Work independently while managing multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

Proven experience in business process analysis and writing functional specification documents

Mandatory experience in at least one of the following domains mortgages or banking credit

More than 1 year of experience in systems analysis is an advantage

Knowledge and experience in understanding business processes and integrations between different systems is an advantage
