Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support to end users across the organization

Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware issues

Support computers projectors printers telephones and related equipment

Work as part of an existing team of technicians under the guidance of a Team Leader

Provide guidance and technical assistance during technology sessions

Work with advanced technologies in a professional IT environment

Requirements

Experience or basic technical knowledge in supporting end-user hardware including computers projectors printers and telephones

Basic knowledge of computer networking

Experience providing onsite technical support to end users

Strong teamwork customer service and interpersonal skills

Self-motivation patience reliability and a long-term commitment to joining the organization
