Business Development & Partnerships Manager

We are launching a new growth division focused on helping the world’s largest retailers and manufacturers unlock maximum value from excess and obsolete inventory. Instead of traditional clearance buying, we design bespoke, revenue-sharing partnerships that recover significantly higher value for suppliers.

We are seeking a well-connected commercial professional to work directly with our CEO.

Who We Are Looking For

This is not a traditional cold-calling sales role. To be successful, you must already possess an active, senior-level network within major retail, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors. Your value lies in your credibility and your ability to open doors that others cannot.

If you do not have an established network of senior buyers, procurement directors, or commercial executives, this role will not be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network to introduce our CEO to senior decision-makers facing surplus inventory challenges.
• Identify major businesses holding excess, obsolete, or slow-moving stock and arrange strategic meetings.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to develop tailored inventory recovery solutions and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Professionally represent the division at key industry events, meetings, and exhibitions
  
  

• Proven track record in retail buying, procurement, international trading, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, supply chain management and or import export.
• Outstanding, active network of senior industry contacts with the proven ability to secure executive-level introductions.
• Strong commercial awareness, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to maintain a close, collaborative partnership with the CEO.
• Hands on experience working onsite in factory settings
• Flawless spoken and written English.
