RevOps / Marketing Ops Consultant — Fractional & Temporary Placements (Israel)

About the role

ScaleOps is building The Collective — a network of senior RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Sales Ops professionals we place into embedded engagements at Israeli tech companies: maternity-leave covers, temporary gap coverage, and fractional roles.

This isn't a single position. It's an ongoing stream of paid placements. When a client engagement matches your skills and availability, we bring you in — with the full backing, training, and support of the ScaleOps team behind you.

What placements look like

• Embedded roles at established Israeli B2B tech companies (50+ employees)
• 3–12 month engagements: maternity covers, departure gaps, project peaks
• Part-time or full-time, depending on the engagement and your availability
• HubSpot-centered stacks (we train you on client-specific tools on our time, not yours)

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years hands-on RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops experience
• Strong HubSpot proficiency (other CRMs a plus)
• Available for part-time or interim engagements — freelancers, consultants, and professionals between roles all welcome
• Based in Israel; English working proficiency
