Mertens - Malam Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv This is a great opportunity to lead complex cross-functional technology projects while combining project management and systems analysis in a highly impactful environment

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-organizational projects from initiation through planning analysis development testing deployment and implementation

Build and manage project plans timelines scope priorities and risk management

Coordinate and drive collaboration across development QA infrastructure DevOps information security vendors and business and clinical stakeholders

Provide ongoing project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders

Lead decision-making processes present professional recommendations and alternative solutions

Ensure project goals quality standards and deliverables are achieved throughout the project lifecycle

Perform systems analysis for complex medical record modules

Write functional and technical specification documents including interface specifications

Design and support integrations between internal and external systems

Work closely with development QA DevOps and infrastructure teams

Investigate system issues and lead root cause analysis and long-term solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems

At least 4 years of experience managing complex technology projects

Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end project

At least 3–4 years of experience analyzing complex information systems

Proven experience writing functional and technical specification documents
